  4. Josh, the shop looks great. What is the floor area? the only thing that i would say ,is if i had another chance to up grade , i would have a 4'x8' cutting table that i could lay large pcs of leather on for cutting.imho ps ....take the "stash" off your Avatar......
  5. Mc Jeep, i have used ...Heavy duty aluminm foil for the contours, hope it helps you.
  6. try the 16 or 17 needle with 69 size thread on top and see if it willl sew that. next get a 18 or 20 size needle. hope this will help you. my consew 225 will sew the 138 size thread well with the larger needle. ps.... look at the needle the side with the long grove is to the left side.

  10. FOR ME I USE AN EDGER ON ALL THE CORNERS, THEN WET THE LEATHER AND THEN START PULLING THE LEATHER THRU THE HOLES IN THE ROUNDER. START WITH THE LARGER HOLES AND GO DOWN TO THE SMALLER ONES.

  12. a bussiness name ..........a very long time ago i received a refund check from a known supplier. I went to the bank that i have an account with to cash the check , the account is in my name, the bank has no account for "Wolf River Leather". It turned into a long drawn out process to get the check cashed. So i just use my given name.something to think about.

  14. CHECK WEAVER AGAIN..... LOOK AT THE 2" ROLLER BUCKLE. #995 .....#999. ONE OF THESE IS IN SS THEY WILL LOOK GOOD ON A COLLAR.

  25. It looks to me that you won out with the new Boss machine. you will make Tippmann Industrys happy. Your Holster work is is Great. keep it up and dont let the Boss get you down. ps have you tryed a thread lubricate, it has helped me on veg tanned leather.
