  1. Yes,we do have a few of them.
  2. I'm home now but will check in the morning,I'm almost certain we do.
  3. There are 220 volt servos made to use your voltage & they work good .
  4. Also needle & thread size, what thickness & type of material?Old or new leather?
  5. Well the price will be $1,295.00 + shpg.I haven't had my hands on one yet , but will by the end of this month.Yes.it's not a machine for everyone, BUT we get a lot of calls for hand stitchers. Some people want one to go to shows with or don't have the room for a standard type machine w/a table. Yes,it looks very similar to the other handcrank BUT it's made of cast-iron & steel gears & there's some other improvements too.So it will be more user friendly. Due to the heavier construction it weighs 50Lbs & still light enough to be portable.
  6. Are you sure the long groove of the needle is one the leftside? What JSL technique were you doing?
  7. Or heat the shaft & twist it.
  8. Yes,alot of the old Singers were pinned.
  9. These teeth can be ground down or fill in w/JB weld.
  10. Here's a pic of the feet,the only ones I can get.
  11. No,the feet I can get are #36253 outside &#37326 inside. That part #3 you have is a thread guide & should be there,a standard 3-hole one will work since you can't get that one anymore.
  12. Yes,that can be welded JB would never hold. You can either have it brazed or electric welded. OR you could patch it with a piece of steel plate underneath it,matching the contour of the casting ,drill some holes & use some small bolts & nuts (it won't be look pretty) but will work if done correctly
  13. If you go behind the machine,,open the plate just to the left of where the foot lift chain fastens on.
  14. From your pics it looks like a standard onmodified 72w19.It is made to sew real thin materials like chiffon & fine tapestries I don't know what they would be doing with this machine sewing shoe uppers.
  15. Here's an Adler we welded with electric & nickle rod,we ground the welded part thinner,pre-heated welded an inch peened it ,kept it hot & weled more & it's still holding after 10yrs. welded Adler.pdf
  16. I would recommend(for future reference) if you use #207 on top to use #138 in the bobbin,it is hard for these machines with this type of hook to pull the bobbin thread into the material for a better looking stitch,so the smaller thread is needed in the bobbin.
  17. Yes,it does hemstitching, you might want to look on utube for some videos. We do stock needles & bobbins for them.
  18. Try turning the screw the other way,it's left hand threads.
  19. Hey Bob,Ok thx for the definition, your right it does have quite a bit of mass too! But to me the "flywheel" is aka the handwheel, it is quite a bit heavier & didn't want anyone to misinterpret it which one you meant!
  20. Yes,you can by adding a piece of plywood underneath the back of the table(where the head mounts & run the motor belt to one of the pulleys underneath ,disconnect the treadle rod off the bearing & add a piece to it to connect to the motor. Probably won't any sense to you until you get a motor in your hand & then you should be able to figure it out .
  21. Ok,we had some that chattered @ low speed something like the OP.
