  1. :You_Rock_Emoticon:Very nice!
  2. Well since no one else has posted...I see what you're trying to do. What if you used the applique stitch? It would lay flatter and instead of using pieces only punch the holes for the applique and make it look like it's pieced. I have trouble overlaying so I don't do it. Just a suggestion. In this photo I used the applique but it is in pieces and butted together rather than an overlay.
  3. Nice looking bike! Here's my website www.buttskinz.com I get most of my customers from my husbands business www.anythinggoes74.com Take a look!

  4. Now that's some good shots...what dye color did you use?
  5. Just a guess but some leather balm might darken it up where the tape took off the surface.
  6. That's cool looking...I like it!
  7. Looking through the archives I thought this one was worth reposting. Beautiful vest!
  8. Now THAT would be something to see!
  9. I like the shape and carved design. If I was to use it, I would like color instead of the brown tones and maybe a wristlet handle instead of long strap. Clutches are hot right now.
  10. Just finished my sons Colts wallet...I think he'll like it. I used the Cova Colors. Now... if the Colts can have a good year!
  11. Thanks all for the nice comments...getting ready to do another seat and pillion pad...any comments on how comfortable pillions are? This one is going to be constructed with my own design so I would like it to be a comfortable ride.
  12. Very nice! Love the color and antique look! Photos look good even without the light box.
  13. For me...ALWAYS money up front. I learned this in our other business of 25 years. People don't always keep their word so if they have money down most won't chance losing it by backing out. And if they don't have the money for a down payment they probably don't have the money for the project anyway.
  14. That's killer!!! Great job!
  15. Looking through the archives, I thought these cuffs were very cool looking. Nice work!
  16. WOW! Love the silver touches and the braiding! Bet she loves it!
  17. Beautiful! Your interior looks very nice. I especially like the look of the back of the wallet. Nice color!
  18. Phil, Thanks...seat was tooled...then formed while still a little moist...actually not much moldling involved. The leather easily forms the curves and no glue involved and of course there's neoprene foam on the pan.
  19. Hi John, It's just the triple stitch and easy to do...I could do it with my eyes closed. I think the key here is the width of the lace. I've started using 1/4" (a suggestion from someone on here). I also think the straight slots instead of holes makes for a cleaner look. I learned it from the Lacing and Stitching booklet from Tandy.
  20. Hi David, I get mine from www.accufast2d.net They are 10 gauge and very nice pans. They have a good variety of styles. Although you might have to fabricate your own pan so it will work.
  21. Here is a seat I've done before but this one is in black with wider lace and a different pan.
  22. Lovely bag! They'll be happy!
