    It is made in China like all the other ones and It is a cheaper by few hundreds. I guess you can't go wrong .I don't think Buckle Guy's press is made by Lucris and rebranded as the price is way lower .Aliexpress is full of them for around $700 + shipping

    Go for cylinder arm ..you'll want to make more then wallets at one point....any Juki 341 clone will do just fine

    I bought one of those hoping to replace my Tandy press just because the dies were a lot cheaper . I put it up on Kijiji within couple of days . The dies are very poorly made as most of the snaps will get stuck in them .

    At less than $600 seems like a great deal. I wish there were individual sized end punches oppose to a "one fits all "

    I have a Lucris MA III and works fine on 4-5 oz .with my wallet dies. It works on 10 oz leather but with small dies . I would go with the 8 tons in your case

    If it's just recall , i would do 1/2in . It will reduce the weight a bit You can also use an O ring to connect the two lengths

    I ordered some #92 a while back and i just had the chance to used on a simple card sleeve. LR needle in a Nakajima 341.I didn't have any issues with , nice vibrant colours , well priced , quality thread, i like it

    I did on few card holders , when i used pig skin and i i was happy with the outcome . I only folded 1/2in on this one

    How hard would be to replace one of those take-up arms and where would i find one ? I tried to move the machine and i dropped it. The thread tension unit needs to be replaced too but i just bought one on ebay. Any help will be appreciate it Thank you ! Ed
