  1. what weight leather
  2. Cool idea Gezzer, as you might guess I wear a Marine Corps Veterans hat , and its always a conversation starter with other vets of all branches.
  3. Thanks guys Fred I'll try that scribble next time
  4. LOL Thanks doesn't get along with me that well
  5. My hands not to steady but thought I'd try something new for me. The Marine one I masked and spray painted, paint soaked in to much. Next time I'll seal before spraying. The others I hand painted .Hope the next ones are better.
  6. and you didn't share with us
  7. Really nice
  8. very nice
  9. I guess it personal preference. I like to cover the trigger
  10. Beautiful work just one thing I think the trigger needs to be covered, so when drawing you don't accidentally grab the trigger and shoot yourself. I've seen it happen.
  11. Very nice work But at $40 your giving them away.IMO to much work for so little return JMO
  12. I like it simple to the point
  13. Beautiful probably the most exquisite putter cover anywhere
  14. Very nice case I also have a air pistol.
  15. JMHO but I'd use heavier leather 8 to 9 oz. Hatchets tend to get thrown around the campsite and get beat up pretty good over time
  16. Thanks
  17. Very nice
  18. I shot recurve when I was in my early teens, just had a flat piece of leather
  19. I'll try to remember to do it that way I've never really seen instruction as to what side to go to only how to set them
  20. Just a cheap Steel Warrior I picked up to use for making sheaths for that type and size of knife.
  21. Made this for a guy who says he's a super fan of Bison Football. Man I need new glasses LOL . Sheath looked fine when I looked it over when done, But now I see the pictures in extra lrg and I see I could have done better burnishing the edges and I missed cleaning a little edge kote drool. But outside that I think its ok
  22. That looks really nice and a cool idea with the watch
  23. OK Mike my baaaaad!!! My old eyes are messing me up, I had to read read everything 3 times to get it sorted out in my head LOL please accept my apology .
  24. edges are beveled and the main body edges are burnished, the flap is not burnished and that is intentional. again personal preference you do it your way I do it mine.
  25. Mike who are you talking to? I hope your not talking to me. I lived in NH for 45 years. I know it like the back of my hand and have had more run in with Moose then most. The States Moto live free or die means something to most Granite Staters and it means a lot to the Person who's this sheath is for. He would chose to die if he couldn't live free as would I. The Moose is a symbol in the state and anyone who lives here would associate the Moose and the moto.
