  7. Knee Boarding and water skiing on the rivers was my thing way back , these days I do granpa kayaking on lazy rivers and ponds

  11. If your looking to cut and engrave 7 to 8oz veg tan leather you want at least a 60 and better yet an 80 watt co2, but don't go over 80 watts if your going to do a lot of engraving as its harder to dial down the power for good engravings . 60 to 80 watts is good all around.
  12. This is not a co2 laser and will not do what a true 60 watt co2 laser can do. I would not recommend this type of laser for leather work. You will be very dissapointed.

  14. You probably dont have a vac pump , soak the leather and work it by hand, keep going over and over it till its molded to the gun and has sharp lines. watch this
  15. what materials do you work with a laser can cut and engrave a multitude of materials, Leather, wood, paper , fabric the list goes on and on . for you if you just want to mark the material a diode might be ok , if you want to get in to cutting heavier stuff then you might want a co2 laser.
