    you might try to lightly sand those spots then match the dye as closely as possible then sheen . might still be noticeable but maybe not as bad as the white spots

    Thats really confusing you say first tool a strap cutter then tell him to buy pre cut belt blanks yikes then what does he do with the strap cutter watch it colllect dust LOL

    Yes the letters and eagles are lasered the eagles are hand painted with acrylic paint I have a 60 watt co2 laser which I use to cut the leather and engrave. .I don't hink a diode will cut veg tan, it will engrave but will most likely be very slow.

    I've made front pocket wallet with chrome tan . didn't burnish but came out ok
