  1. Nice looking machines, but, you made it to easy that you're a mechanical engineer but you can't reduce the picture size
  2. It's posted in the thread at the top from the OP.
  3. Look at Bedos leatherwork on youtube and you'll see how cheaply made that are high dollar bags and shoes. He'll regularly tear apart brand new 700.00 to 1000.00 dollar shoes and the heels are cardboard with a leather "looking" veneer on them.
  4. Which side of the rivet should be on the finished side, the burr or domed head?
  5. The reason is that in the future other users as you are will have no pictures to see for reference making this thread useless helping anyone looking for answers.
  6. Don't know what the used market is in your part of the world but maybe consider a older GoPro and upload from the memory card to a not so waterproof phone.
  7. Something I can see is the hole is larger on the left one and maybe your setter is making the socket bigger when setting. On my snaps the bottom is raised so it doesn't have set so deep. You maybe got some bad snaps.
  8. No those big holes on anything thin would not be a pretty sight.
  9. They actually make nice tools and my point was being they are actually made and make the same hole as using a LR sewing needle to make a diagonal cut, not diamond hole. https://www.oka-craft-tools.co.jp/en/itemlist/item/?no=495
  10. That's where I used as a reference about the stitching chisels pictures was the OKA website.
  11. That's comical from someone who underlines what are and are not like a expert, and they're wrong.
  12. Did you report it to PayPal? They are excellent at refunds for any disputes.
  13. https://oodlestrading.co.uk/product/spare-heavy-duty-carpet-cutter-blades-from-oodles-trading/ These kind of look like it, I searched carpet cutter blades.
  14. I'm not good with computers or a expert but if you're using like Windows 10, I'll upload the pictures, then open them in paint. Then there's a selection of resize and I change just the first number to 660, why that number, I entered it and it worked right so that's my go to number. And if you change the first part of the pixel/size the second number automatically adjusts, then hit save and use that to upload,
  15. I would suggest that you should do some homework on the difference between chisels and diamond point. As you can clearly see in the picture it is sharp on 2 sides, not 4. Just as with these is also sewing machine needles, diamond point or LR, RL and others. One cuts a diamond shaped hole and the others at a angle.
  16. Looks great and I finally get a real pic of the wicker basket stamp. Was always curious to see how it looked.
  17. Not sure where getting your info but these show they're diagonal and are definitely meant to pound all the way through as is the ones below that aren't diamond shaped.
  18. With the anvil sitting in sand won't that rust especially in Florida's humidity?
  19. For future reference you're lack of response is you're not gonna get anyone to click on a link that you don't know where it's from.
  20. Without having pictures of how it's threaded isn't there a guide that's missed to get a angle like that to the needle with the thread?
  21. Are your issues mostly happening using black thread and in the pictures are they of the same size thread in both pics top and bottom? Also are you using 2 different color threads when you have problems?
