On my 34K11 it has the upper arm of a 45K & has all the upper parts of it.It has foot # 82513 like a 45K25 has ,I've seen some of the 34's will a smaller 16,17 class upper arm on them too.

Chris, You need a welt foot for that,I do have some in stock for the CB3200BUT a 1206 with a welt foot would do a better job in something that thin.You probably want to use a #69 thread for a finer looking stitch?

It should work great,just don't plan on moving anytime soon.LOL

Well it's a double needle so it has a wide foot on it because of the needle.I suppose there's times when a double needle would be handy on making straps(as long as it has a wider guage 3/8"to 1/2" in it) but when you take a needle out to use a single needle the wide foot will be in the way.

Great Deal !! Yes.it will fit,we've even put the stands in smaller vehicles like a Honda CRV.

Maybe the hook guard(metal under hook) is hitting the needle causing you to move the needle a little too far left.

If the screws the hold the hook saddle in position aren't tight enough it will move do to the force of the gears as your sewing.

I always recommend using the clear sewing machine oil.It has no additives so it won't stain the material.Grease isn't good to use even on the gears of most machines because it'll dry up after while & the lint will stick to it & build-up.The clear oil takes most of the lint with it.Just one drop everywhere otherwise you'll have dripping & them not want to oil for awhile. It's best to wipe the oil off of the foot & pressure & needlebar after it's been setting ,before you start sewing& you might even leave a towel under the foot so the feed dogs don't get oily while setting.

It will depend on the leather but it should sew just a little over 1/4" maybe 5/16" & uses thread up to size #138 thread.

I recommend 138 as the largest for this machine.

On the last pic it looks like it is just some metal burrs from sharpening that could be taken off by running your stick on it.

The smaller machines like the Consew 227R,Singer 95,96,241 & etc have rotary hooks that were designed for higher speeds & thinner materials were the smaller thread is used.Machine that use the larger thread are slower running & the barrel shuttles have larger clearances that allow the larger thread to be used.Also the smaller machines can't use thick thread it takes a lot of adjusting the get a big machine to use thin thread.

Hello Jeff, That's a great looking first sheath there.Since your not sewing that thick you might try loosening up the foot pressure a couple of turns that will lessen the marking.(The black knob on top)

Great looking setup you have there! 108's are great binding machines.

This machine looks like a Singer 34 & has the same type of shuttle that looks like a patcher only larger than the big bobbin 29.It has to spin for the machine to sew.

Mike,If your having problems getting needles I'm guessing your using the 16x63? Adjust the machine to use 135x17 & you will have a lot more choices of needle sizes & points available.There's very little difference between them.We also found that the machine will skip less since the 135x17 & 16 have a scarf on them which allows the shuttle to run closer to the needle.

Mike,all the brushless have an (electronic brake) not mechanical like the motors you bought from me.We had a lot of problems with the brushless with the boards burning out & stopped selling them yrs ago.

It's a 9/64-40 tpi, length is 9 mm.I doubt a hardware will have it in stock BUT we do.

Does the base have the clutch & motor on it?If so I'd say real close to 300Lbs.

I've welded a lot of beds over the years & on this one it would be best to v-grind it for more contact & either braze or heat & I've used nickle rod,brazing is the best,with a torch.
