They have a 29-4 so 29K the hub & shaft won't fit,since it only has 2-holes & the 29K hub has 3.

Looks great,esp for the first one.

Just so you know the shipping weight,the 29K standard arm weighs 60Lb or 27Kg,the 18 class weighs 38Lbs or 17Kg.

I'll 2nd that it's a 18class.

That's strange that the poly is breaking,I've never really noticed any difference between the 2 types.

Looping underneath is almost one of 2-things,either miss-threaded needle thread or upper tension too loose. Try tightening your upper tension 1/2 a turn @ a time until it clears up.

Hey Mike in the pic Yetibelle posted you can see there's parts missing,like the blower & drill.Years ago we used to buy a pulley that that had a tapered split bushing on it w/4 bolts that tightened on the shat when you tightened them.it fits on the collar on the rightside of the wheel.

We always have used the Lilly white oil.

It's the earlier model that doesn't have the end cover,we call it an open face,yours is a deep throat harness stitcher it has the thread lock on it.There is no way to date them that I have found.It is in great looking condition.

It's my understanding there is no import duties on items made in China.You just have to pay the GST or so I've been told.We have had quite a few people come down & buy & they never called back about having any problems.

Hey Greg,Great,I knew you could do it.

If you tilt the head back,hit the reverse lever,you'll see a shaft moving that has a set screw w/a locknut on it(towards the front in the middle).They set your stitch length for forward & reverse.Turn it out for a longer stitch.You will probably need to turn both of them since one is reverse length.

YEs, 207 works on the CB341.

There used to be a belting company in town that had these. I remember going there & 2 of them were running at the same time time what a great sound they made.we do have some 5x5. Needles in stock Size #28

s there any up & down movement when you push the hook up & down?I've seen these hook saddles(the part the hook rides in) get worn & get vertical play in them.Also the back side of the notch in the binder plate looks like it's been ground off & shorter then you standard plate.Do to the way the hook is in this type of machine if you shimmed it you wouldn't be able to tighten the screw that holds the hook in tight enough to hold or it would bind the machine up.

We had some inmates in Texas buy a couple of CB3200 that we put a knob on so they could handcrank them.They didn't have room for a stand.

Look @ the parts list above it is # 82167 the stitch length goes on both sides of it.

Yes,they should open either by hand or foot lift,that way the tension is released & you can pull the material out.
