  1. Ok,I'm @ the shop & have this file on this computer.
  2. Try looking on youtube, also search for Consew 225,226,255 & Juki 562,563 they are all the same.
  3. What is the model # of the machine your looking at?
  4. They just screw on and can be put on the otherside too.
  5. Yes, those are the parts you need to change. You could just trade them from your 563 since it doesn't have reverse. You can also use the 563 hook saddle then you don't have to mill it to make it work.
  6. It would of been easier to flip the lower plate & it would put the pedals toward(no drilling & you can use the same pedals) the back. Also when working on the table like this I would recommend taking the head off the stand, one little mistake & you might have to pick it up off the floor & hopefully it wouldn't land on a toe.
  7. What I should of written was...This is a great board with a lot of knowledge on it.It is supported by the people paying for the banner ads @ the top of this forum & I feel it's always best to support them when possible. Thanks & have a nice day!
  8. We had an inmate from Texas send us an order for a CB3200 handcrank so we made him one. Handcrank CB3200.MOV
  9. Ebay is your friend if you want options for sourcing sewing related items like bobbins and such. Some folks are more comfortable with a phone call, and buying things without ever seeing them. Maybe I should send people to Ebay when they ask me questions too??
  10. We used to do a lot of them mainly 226R & Juki 562 that had reverse. We would charge $400.00 for parts & labor. The lower shaft has to be pulled out & take the hook saddle out & then mill it for the larger hook & put it back together. You also need to change the take-up lever to a longer one.
  11. The point of the shuttle should be @ the needle when the needle rises about 3/16",make sure you turn the machine in the direction it runs.
  12. Ok,now you want to turn the machine ( the handwheel) towards you & when the needle gets all the way down & right as it starts to go up the shuttle also does the same, it goes all the way back & should start to come forward @ the same time the needle goes up,check & see if this is happening?
  13. Did you change the needle? If so double check that it is pushed all the way up.
  14. What is going on that you think you need to work on it?
  15. This site has a classified that you can advertise in,I see machines are marked sold after while so it must work. HTH
  16. This are more parts available for the 133 than the 45,if that helps any?
  17. Ok ,just thought I'd chime in here & let you know we are used to talking with hobbiest type of people & even first time Industrial sewing machine owners so just have a list of questions ready when you call & we'll try to answer them the best we can.
  18. You can put a Singer pressure bar(or GA-5) on the Adler.
  19. I'm sure Proleptic.net will have your manual.
  20. Yes,it looks our model CB3200 http://www.tolindsewmach.com/cb3200.html
  21. We have sold quite a few of them over the years & probably should add them to our website. We do oil & test them before we ship them unlike a place that says shipped from warehouse (untested drop-ship) They will use #69 & #92 thread.Yes,a great way to get started. The downside is the teeth on both the outside foot & lower feed dog that can leave marks.
  22. Weight depends on which motor ,I'll guess it's a clutchmotor,real close to 200Lbs,if they ship it truck freight w/pallet it's 250.
