  11. Up here it's pretty much business as usual, but I am always watching the news. I think the main problem in the US these days, is the one with the sub prime mortgages. This seams to have really affected all the different aspects of the economy. Nobody has confidence in the financial markets, so they are investing in the comodities, such as gas, oil, gold and the like. The paper here today said that by this weekend gas will be $1.50 per litre, this equates to $5.76 per US gallon, which just is not right for a place that produces so much oil. I hope your business increases soon, maybe when you all get those "Stimulus" cheques, all will be good again. Ken

  19. My guess is that it's one of the sculptured plugs for the big mans body you are doing for your wife. Looks somewhat like a persons back muscles. Ken
  20. Dave, that's a beuatiful looking seat. The carved scrolling and name, all set it off real nice. The new fade colors are spectacular, makes it POP, very well done. Ken

Well I myself have been doing pencil sketches of animals for quite a few years, I do them in what's called "pointalism" takes a long time, once had some in a gallery here in Calgary and sold 2 to the owners of Molson Breweries.
