You probably don't want the bag stiffener to show on your outside edge seams, so trim it about 1/2" short. Tom

For general information here is their video. If the hole spacing is changing, either the adjustment screw is not tight enough, or there is another loose part in the advance mechanism flopping around. If the adjustment is slipping, you should be able to see it move while you are using it. Don't turn backwards at any point during operation. Always crank clockwise. Make sure your strap width adjustment is not binding against the strap, though I doubt that could change the feed distance as the punch tube is pulling the strap through. Worthwhile checking though. Another thought could be the tube is being lifted out of the strap while it is still advancing. Hope this is of some help to you. Tom

I have no experience with this punch, but is there a locking mechanism that you are missing when you set the spacing. In my minds eye, there has to be something to lock the spacing to keep it from changing while being used. Tom

Looks like kitchen cutting boards. They work. I use them with drive punches and thonging chisels and such. Tom

You may leave a mark on the surface of the UHMW, but you won't go through it. Even the 1/8" stuff, I don't think you can go through that either. Tom

Be careful not to stretch the fabric while sewing. If you stretch it, if will pull back on your thread reducing the loop size. Tom

1 ton arbor press works for me. Also a dead blow hammer works. A regular mallet type hammer often bounces so you can get a ghost image due to the bounce. Dead blow hammer eliminates that. Tom

Try UHMW Poly. I had picked up some scrap pieces a few years ago. That's what I have on my 1 ton arbor press. It's about 3/4" thick. I see some on Amazon 1/4, 1/2" thick. Or use a flat poly kitchen cutting board. Tom

Most videos are too large to be able to meet the file size restriction here, so you will likely have to use a 3rd party host like YouTube. @janosm Please update this thread with additional information as required by the Marketplace rules. Add info as to whether you will package and ship, who pays shipping, identify the feet and accessories that are included in the package. A photo of the accessories could be used instead of a long wordy list. Tom

@CustomDoug Looks like things are progressing for you. Not to rain on your parade, but please post your photos here instead of using a third party hosting service. If the host changes anything or disappears, then the photos hosted by them may disappear too. Also if you close your account, change your permissions, move or delete your photos stored on the host, they will disappear from here too! That will make this thread almost useless for others to reference in the future. You will find a number of threads here where this has happened. You may need to resize your photos to make them fit the size constraints here. I will be downloading your photos from your host, and uploading them here. Tom
