These experts, (IMHO) are giving valuable expertise, for sure ! But don't let your ovedrthinking deter your opinion to make another holster. My advise is to make for another for a family member, to be sure, ---------------------- "But do it now " ----------------------------- And experience the advancements and pride you would gather from thier advise and the great feeling you will most definately experience from not having a henderence from now on. Just my take - Wild Bill46

Sort-of agree to a point, with Monica about the poster. It does look Western Ok enough ! I like the little things such as : the laced straps w loops, And what looks like a beading in the gusset, The look of barbed wire, Nicely shaped handle, Pocket on front, etc. Wild Bill46

Just Finished This Set
Wild Bill46 replied to camano ridge's topic in Gun Holsters, Rifle Slings and Knife Sheathes
Camano ------------------- This is, most definately, one of the most beautiful rigs I ever layed my eyes on ! As Snubby pointed out WHATS NOT TO LIKE all aspects of this set, are a thing of beauty. The border tooling of this pattern brings it all full circle. Utterly Beautiful --- Wild Bill46 -
Chief Stealth -------- My understanding is both will become smooth when properly slicking. The water although smooth, will dry out, and let the plys come apart over time, Gum Trag will stay where its put. much, much longer. It also needs some sort of conditioner/sealer. such as bees, or parafin wax, saddle soap, snow cream, glycerine, Aussie cream, etc. I've tried several combinations and have yet to decide which I most prefer. Be your own judge, try your own concoctions ? Anybody agree or disagree ? ---------- Wild Bill46
