    Take a look at shoulder straps for carrying dual cameras. That may give you a few ideas as to the straps. As to how to fix the axe to the straps let me know how it goes. Cause I want one!

    Thanks, I was going for a rough look. I used an old belt as the leg tie down and yeah its pretty heavy duty and works great! im happy with it for a prototype

    I made my kit over a year ago. It sits in my bathroom next to the shower. Steam and moisture everyday. When I travel which is pretty often it's the same thing. So over 365 days exposed to almost constant moisture in some form or fashion and no negative results whatsoever
