Hello Pete and welcome to the forum.

This issue happens more frequent than not. I just read one last night in another platform where a crafter claimed to have had his "holster" design copied (stolen) yet I know another crafter who has been making them for almost 8 years when I first me him. Whose design is whose original design. I think we see something, consider some changes and tweak it to fit our artist needs. I agree that you should not depend on one product. Constantly challenge yourself to better your design and move forward. I am not in business with my leather items, but if I were one priority for me would be to stay ahead of curve especially with social media. You can almost bet that your design will be copied within a few days of posting pictures, so be ready. Take a deep breath and move forward to your next best idea!

Welcome to the forum. Check here for those patterns. We have some very experienced members who have donated their time to post or create patterns. Good luck!

I am not sure if any vendors are available for those products. You can find them in the USA, but I am not sure about shipping. There is another option for you that will most likely get shipped without any problems. You might even be able to find it locally?? Bees Natural RTC Sheridan Resist. Good luck

Send her an email and see if she has a contact near you to help you. Also, check out PK Bootmaker in Arizona. Paul might be able to help you or collaborate on a project. Good luck

It is sewn on the sides and is cut just shy of the fold so it will expand without having to deal with stitches. I have a photo of a sample some where. I will see if I can find it.

I'll take it. Send me an invoice via Paypal. Eleven99(at)sbcglobal.net

Contact Dee at the Tandy Store #176, Round Rock, TX. I believe she might have gotten a shipment of them that were mis-packaged. I hope it works for you.

I just bought that Walnut color and have been very content with the shade. Nice work....keep it up! -
Check out Lisa Sorrell in Oklahoma, USA. She has traveled overseas and may have some contact information for you. I am not sure, but worth a good shot to start your hunt. Good luck

hello and welcome to the forum. Nice work you have there.

check out Bob Douglas at Sheridan Outfittiers for his adjustable gouge. I heard they are one of the best on the market. Everyone I know that owns one says great things about them.

Check out two websites. Leather Wranglers has a step by step video on sharpening your swivel knife. The keen edge is okay, but Chuck Smith Tools has the Big Red Sharpening tool. You see it and you will know what I am talking about. Note: You can also make some leather angle guides at different angles to help you if you absolutely need to......or get a Big Red. Good luck

Have you checked YouTube? I have one, but I have only used Veg Tan leather on it. -
I figure I would throw my .02 cents on hand stitching. Here is a video that I saw back when Serge created it. Check it out

It is a triangle shape piece of liner left folded at the center points. It allows the pocket to open wider when unzipped. Hope I didn't confuse you.

Let me check my stash. I believe I may have the original in B&W though? Is that okay.
