  3. Looks good, I think you did a good job designing the reel case. Like the closure also a lot of people would have just put a snap on it. I think a darker thread would have blended in with your colors better but that just me. Over all a very good job thanks for posting it. David
  4. Looks good, like the color with the white stitching. Thanks for posting David

  7. What is it going on? You can get used stock seats on eBay pretty cheap and then strip them down and recover them. That way you have the stock pan in the stock mount. I'm pretty much in the same position with my dyna. It is on my list of things to do just not at the top yet. There are some very talented seat builders on here that can guide you on chopper or springer seats. Good luck David

  9. Good looking seat.Tooling is really sharp and colors are great. David
  10. If you are just practicing carving get a book of tattoo art make copies and go from there. I have also heard of people using coloring books or patterns for embroidery. Leather crafters and saddlers journal also usually has a few. If you want to practice letters print them out in different fonts from the computer. David

  21. Yes it should work fine. Go through some of the dying and finishing posts as well as the bike posts on how to apply it and finish it. There are several different ways and everybody has a favorite. Personally I like vinagroon if the whole thing is going to be black but that is opening a whole different can of worms. Good luck David
  22. Very nice work, don't see white bags very often so she should not loose her bike in the parking lot anywhere. Any way craftsmanship is great and they came out very nice. Thanks for posting it David
