  1. Dude, why are you shouting? Masks are beautiful!
  2. Franco, what you are asking is a monumental task in my opinion. I have made lesson plans for hour long blocks and it takes multiple hours of work to complete the material needed for a small class. Making six hours worth of material is something you will have to tackle on your own I'm afraid. If you are a leatherworker by trade, you should have the ability to prepare something based on YOUR experience since you will be teaching the class. My suggestion is to break up the topics you want to cover into blocks of instruction, plan the time you will need for lecture, demonstration and student practice.
  3. Thats a cool belt. Can't wait to see it done!
  4. Truthfully, I think those lack the artistry of a hand tooled piece. Clean lines can be obtained through the use of traditional methods, but it takes a LOT more time than just stamping them. I'm sure Anvil does it as a time/cost saving measure as that takes seconds to do as opposed to hours to carve.
  5. Dear Lord, that thing's huge! Sorry I'm not able to help.
  6. Bawwwwwwwww! How cute is that! Better make a few collars. Shes gonna grow!

  8. Cowgirl, you are pretty close (Compared to many of us) to Sheridan Wyoming, the recognized mecca of leather carving. You should be able to find someone near you that can help!

  14. Thats a pretty classy looking rig. The double clip might looks like its easy to use.
  15. Clever! Lol! I am NOT amazed by this. But, I am still impressed. That guy can do anything with leather and he has mastered leather tooling. After that it's a matter of construction. It IS an impressive piece of work, and I am a huge fan. Will the braid at the top rub on the horse at all?
  16. That is a very well made pair of sandals, and they don't look like the bowling shoes that a lot of shoe schools have you make. Nice Job!
  17. Thats a sweet lookin rig. Nice job.
  18. Thanks Paul, I was one who asked you that. Its a slick technique and your makers stamp is as cool as they come!
  19. Sherk, as I'm sure you are aware, there a great many LW members who are from overseas and we don't discriminate on account of geographical location, and I believe a historical neighbor of yours solved the earth is not flat in the 1600's As for your bag, I'm sure it is unique in your location. In the many times I have been to Europe, I have not seen much in the way of Native American art. I'm glad our culture has made such a strong impression on you. It looks to be very well made, and its clear that your confidence is not an issue. Welcome to the forum! Mike
