  1. Bill, Mine's MIA as well. I'd like to build one too. Jim
  2. Mike, That looks like finished products. Do you know where to buy the leather? I'd be interested (although I assume it's expensive). Thanks, Jim
  3. Use in good health! The "faults" make it yours. You are the only one who needs to be happy with it. Jim
  4. I haven't been able to find out on SLC's website but Tandy clearly states that theirs is chrome tanned. JM2C, Jim
  5. Bert, I'm with you. Something just don't feel right. Jim
  6. Please send me a list of what is left if you will. Thanks
  7. Regan, A picture of your seat might help. I am picturing an ATV seat. Is that correct? I think some have seams. My Artic Cat had one piece of formed vinyl. I have to admit to buying the cover for it and installing it. I couldn't figure out how to form it or replace the forming with seams for a quality look. Jim
  8. Update: I finally reached someone with Double K Leather. The numbers from their website didn't work but I found one that worked on their FB page. The person who answered the phone told me "We don't mess with patterns anymore." and "Yeah, our website doesn't work either." So, no joy there. If someone knows someplace that I can purchase this pattern, I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Jim
  9. ... Or consider getting your pilot's license, Just sayin'.
  10. I would think that a more forward cant would help since as you draw, your hand(and gun) come forward. JM2C Jim
  11. I would like a template please. Thanks.
  12. Callahan Holster pattern. @RemingtonSteel, Thank you for the link to Double K Leather. I tried ordering the pattern from them but at checkout was told that "there are no available payment methods for your state". Tried contacting them via phone and email about 2 weeks ago but no response. I also tried to PM @Brazos Jack with no luck and saw that he hasn't been on here in a while. I know these times are tough on businesses. I hope everyone is OK. Would sure like to buy one of these patterns if you or someone else knows where I could get one. Thanks in advance. Jim
  13. Constabulary, I sure don't know but think if most of us had this question, we'd ask you. JM2C
  14. Maybe . . . you are what I have heard called an optomist. I have never seen one but have heard of them.
  15. Thanks for posting that! I think I'll make one.
  16. Undeberg, Don't use the Python. I own both and don't think it will get you very close. JM2C Jim
  17. When you get ready for a servo motor, I suggest Toledo Industrial Sewing Machine. He's a great guy to do business with. JM2C Jim
  18. Here is another thread that does include some patterns for the "Doc Holiday holster". Other "Doc" holster thread
  19. Sarcastic bunch but mostly harmless.
  20. Very nice work indeed!
  21. If you like them, PLEASE DON'T USE MR MUSCLE. There are warnings about getting it on your skin and leather is, well, skin. Here is a link to the SDS for Mr Muscle: Mr. Muscle SDS link Just my 2 cents, Jim
  22. Seems like an understatement.
