  1. Scale Stamp Question

  2. Scale Stamp Question

Hey all, I recently came by a scale stamp at the Wichita Falls Boot and Saddle Show. It is a beautiful tool, but it is the first time I have dealt with a stamp of this type, and have not been able to figure out how to lay out my guidelines. This isn’t the tool in question, but is very similar in profile, just to show what I am working with. If any one has any pointers, or maybe a link to a video, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
  3. Quick Pin Cushion

Hey all, I had some small scraps of leather and some hard styrophoam packing material, so I made something to organize my awls and needles. If if any of you have any criticisms or tips please don’t hold back!
  4. That looks awesome! Did you layer layer some leather to stiffen up the boot top and toe box or is the original leather enough to hold its shape?
  5. Side Quiver, first post!!

Just wanted to thank you again for all of your tutelage and patience. Sure wouldn’t be able to create anything like this without it. Calan
  6. Side Quiver, first post!!

Thanks everybody for the kind words! They are very much appreciated. For anybody that is interested, I used the side stalker by Jack Bowers as a template, and just expanded with some personal touches from his original design.
  7. Hi all! This is my first post to the site, and have really enjoyed all the great inspiration! This is my third attempt at this style of quiver. It sure isn’t anything fancy, but it isn’t meant to be. I was going more for functionality and an exercise in working on construction methods, it is amazing how much I have learned from each project I have made thus far. I know that there are more than a handful of exceedingly talented folks in here, so any and all suggestions or ideas are more than welcome! Thanks in advance!
